Broken Iris
Excerpt from the journal of Iris Craven, 18-Aug-2009:
I exist across realities.
There’s really no better way to explain it, as best as I can understand, and believe me, I have front row seats.
When the portal flared to life, the world just…shattered. As I flew backward through the air, something visceral broke loose in my mind’s eye. I was suddenly inside a house of mirrors, but all of my reflections were different somehow, unique. Infinite variations of myself, nested within a single instant.
But I was the only one screaming.
A handful of the others reached out to me in that moment of anguish, and I can feel them still, our shared minds, spirits and bodies. They make me strong, powerful…immortal. To stop one of us, you’d have to stop all of us, but I’m not going to let that happen.
No. Arachnos be damned. I’ve got my own army waiting within that gate, and all they need is for someone to point the way.
Lost Sister
When the rift opened into her reality, the woman known as Abigail Cross was catapulted into a state of dementia, leaving her unknown to those who had called her friend or family. Delusions of alternate realities, alien technologies and duplicate selves lead to her commitment to a state run mental facility.
Her case file states that she escaped one summer evening in a series of unexplained explosions which rocked the campus. There are no written statements, but eye witness accounts from questionable sources indicate that an armored figure carrying a highly technological weapon was seen emerging from her quarters.
The woman who calls herself Lost Sister now hunts the streets of the Rogue Isles for a way to reunite herself with her sisters strewn across the cosmos.
Lily Whisper

Li Liu Whitley is a self styled florakinetic who is bent on nothing less than world domination. To be perfectly clear though, this young half-Chinese, half-American woman wishes the world, or more specifically nature, to dominate all facets of existence on this planet, including the pestilence that is mankind.
To this end, she has assumed the villainous role of Lily Whisper and has joined forces with the Lethal Lenders, a cutthroat financial institution, in an effort to further affect change on a global scale.
